This monograph consists of two parts. The first part focuses on the design of a mill for grinding cereal grains and the influence of the blade angle on the efficiency of grinding. This material is part of the doctoral dissertation of dr inż. Leszek Wesołowski. The second part concerns the construction of a test rig for determining the slippage values of a belt transmission. This test rig won a gold medal at the 17th International Invention and Innovation Contest INTARG 2024 and the Award of Polonia International Foundation from Belgium. The authors of this monograph additionally received the Young INVENTOR AWARD 2024, and the second degree award of the Rector of Stanisław Staszic State University of Applied Sciences in Piła. Also, in 2025, inż. Ryszard Kucznier, inż. Michał Zabłocki, and dr inż. Jarosław Mikołajczyk were awarded the Honorary Ambassador of Polish Science and Invention Diploma at the International Invention and Innovation Show INTARG 2025 in Katowice for the construction of the presented innovative design intended for testing belt transmission slippage. Both introduced here constructions represent Polish technical thought.
