Publikacja poświęcona wybranym aspektom prawnym najbardziej szkodliwych czynów przeciwko środowisku z perspektywy prawa karnego, administracyjnego i międzynarodowego. Tematami omawianymi w kolejnych rozdziałach są m.in.: zgłaszane w ostatnich latach postulaty rozszerzenia katalogu zbrodni wskazanych w Statucie Międzynarodowego Trybunału Karnego o ekobójstwo, problematyka statusu prawnego przymusowych migrantów klimatycznych, kwestia ochrony środowiska naturalnego na gruncie międzynarodowego prawa humanitarnego, orzecznictwo Europejskiego Trybunału Praw Człowieka w sprawach związanych z ochroną środowiska, a także analiza wybranych przestępstw przeciwko środowisku z polskiego Kodeksu karnego oraz problematyka odpowiedzialności za nie podmiotów zbiorowych. The problems discusses in the subsequent chapters are, among others: demands made in recent years to expand the catalogue of crimes indicated in the Statute of the International Criminal Court to include ecocide, the issue of the legal status of forced climate migrants, the issue of environmental protection under international humanitarian law, case law of the European Court of Human Rights in matters related to environmental protection, and the analysis of selected crimes against environment from the Polish Penal Code and the issue of the responsibility of collective entities for them.
